Securing Your Privacy & Sports Data

EzSports (operated by Cache Cloud) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use the EzSports platform at ezsports.io.

• Account data: Name, email address, password (fully hashed with bcrypt).
• Organization data: Club or academy name, city, timezone.
• Platform data: Events, teams, venues, talent profiles, and media files you create.
• Usage data: Login timestamps, IP address (for security), and system security logs.

We use your information solely to operate the platform: organizational account management, sports event scheduling, fan engagement, talent intelligence, real-time notifications, and improving platform performance. We do not sell your personal information.

Your data is stored on servers operated by Cache Cloud. We may share data with third-party service providers (e.g., email delivery, cloud infrastructure) under strict data processing agreements. We do not share data for commercial or advertising purposes.

• Short-lived JWT access tokens (15 minutes) with automatic refresh.
